When you reached your career goal, you never realized that relentless overwhelm would become the norm.

You followed the blueprint, studied, and got the job, but you're still miserable. The self-doubt is suffocating. You work SO incredibly hard for this life, but you're not present enough to enjoy it.

That's where I come in. I'm a clinical psychologist (Psy.D.) who helps anxious high achievers actually find and maintain work-life balance.

Working in a stressful hospital setting the majority of my career, I saw firsthand the impact of anxiety and burnout. I questioned everything: Can I trust my judgment? Is this field even for me? Do I have any idea what I'm doing?

Helpers often struggle the most with asking for help for themselves. When I finally started talking to people about it, I realized I wasn't alone. I was able to make strategic shifts to build a career that also gave me room for a life.

It's possible to make clinical decisions, hit your billable hours, and/or meet your deliverables in a way that leaves you room to breathe. Why just survive, when you can thrive?
