Meet your Therapist

Welcome!

I care about helping people navigate anxiety and burnout because I’ve been there myself.

I grew up on the East Coast, steeped in NYC area hustle culture and powered by coffee. I have navigated demanding academic and professional environments, and know what it’s like to be plagued by self-doubt.

For the first seven years in my career as a psychologist I worked in a hospital setting serving patients and supporting training and supervision of psychology interns.

In our work together, I aim to help you not just function at a high level but truly thrive and enjoy your life. I provide a warm, affirming, and safe space where we can address the root causes of your anxieties and burnout. My practice is welcoming and accepting of people from all backgrounds and identities, including the LGBTQIA+ community.

I am here to support you in optimizing your life and finding a sustainable path to success and well-being. Why just survive, when you can thrive?
