Therapy Intensives
Therapy intensives are multi-hour therapy sessions designed to achieve treatment goals in a short period of time. Please note, intensives will be scheduled after in-depth screening to ensure this therapy modality is clinically appropriate for your needs.
You may benefit from therapy intensives if:
You cannot commit to weekly or biweekly sessions due to your schedule
You are struggling with PTSD or an anxiety disorder and wish to engage in exposure therapy
You are experiencing a major life event or transition and would benefit from extra support in a short period of time

I use evidence-based, scientifically supported therapy interventions to help you reach your goals. My approach is based in a cognitive behavioral framework (CBT) that incorporates mindfulness, self-compassion, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) strategies.
Therapy is your time, and sessions and approach are tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
